We just wanted to pass on our thanks to Lauren our Property Manager.  Following on from Lauren’s site inspection (towards the end of 2017) on the house we are renting,  which was on time and when she had said it would be.  Lauren organized it in a very professional manner.  The inspection was good…Lauren went from room to room and checked the rooms. She was unobtrusive and friendly.  As she went about the house we pointed out a few minor repairs. 

From previous experience with other agents…the repairs are not always done. Well within days of the visit we had a plumber arrive to inspect the irrigation system. He was unable to work it out, so he left. Lauren behind the scenes had then organized an irrigation specialist to attend and repair the system!  

Lauren has also organized; doors to be eased and adjusted, a persistent leak in the roof to be repaired,  some eaves to be repaired and two hand basins to be replaced…all from the one conversation during the inspection. The last of the jobs were completed yesterday.

Lauren did a fantastic job in that we had to make not one follow up call at all to see where things were at. Well done Lauren and we’ll done Elders for giving her a chance to step up from reception to a property manager. Also well done Elders for selecting an owner whom is willing to maintain their property and not just have it seemingly as a source of revenue.
